The Afterschool Connection @ Dallin Elementary School is currently licensed for 185 children per day as long as the program meets DEEC ratio requirements.
In an effort to make enrollment as consistent as possible, we have adopted the following policy to accommodate as many families as possible in the Dallin Community
OUR ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES FOR THE
2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Priority will be given to siblings of currently enrolled children.
- All new families who wish to enroll their child will need to submit an enrollment application by March 10, 2023, at 6:00pm to be placed into the “lottery” for any available enrollment spots. Lottery Enrollment Application (see below) must be submitted by email to putusonthelist@gmail.com (this email is strictly used for incoming kindergarten enrollment).
- Applications will be chosen randomly, and no application will be considered until the deadline of March 10, 2023, regardless of the date submitted.
- Parents will receive email notification of their enrollment status by March 17, 2023.
- If enrollment is offered, a non-refundable $100 deposit fee will be required to hold your child’s spot.
- Parents that do not receive a spot in March will remain on the waiting list indefinitely and will be contacted should a spot become available unless you request to be removed from the waiting list.
